Sophisticated real estate website designed and developed from scratch according to client design and SEO marketing requirements.
We were contacted by Bona Fide Costa real estate in Mijas to design and develop their new property website with modern exclusive design implementing two different search panels: On the home page real estate search by area only; while on all other pages containing the full property search with price range, property type, bedrooms and reference.
Website had to include different real estate panels such as featured properties, about us section with photos of their real estate agency as well as pages with mixed content and property listings designed for online marketing - All editable from Wordpress and with proper multilingual support.
We had presented 2 different exclusive real estate website designs, applied changes according to client suggestions and once the design was fully confirmed the site was programmed based on latest web development technologies including text and scrolling animations, visual property price range selection, custom semitransparent dropdowns and other fields, content, featured properties and other sections in complex column sections optimized to adapt to different screen sizes, mobile swipe enabled full screen photo slideshow and much more.
Website is developed based on latest version of our Wordpress based real estate software which allows editing properties from a special real estate section in website backend.
Real Estate Mijas website is equipped with our fully automated XML property feed importer. It downloads incremental XML feed each morning from Resales Online server, imports all properties and dropdown data in two languages also deletes the ones that went off market.
Apart of imported properties our real estate system also allows adding exclusive properties that are listed together with imported ones.
While developing the site we have carefully tested it to make sure that its design works on all web browsers and adjusts to different screen sizes. All website panels are programmed to adjust their size and column structure depending on available space on the screen.
Since search panel takes a lot of space on website header on mobile screens we have developed a special service for all content pages to automatically hide search panel with ability to expand it when needed.

Our real estate software is developed to provide additional speed by caching real estate listings and details data for certain amount of time, very important to prevent website slowdown when there are many repetitive requests when website is being indexed by different search engines, such as Google, Yahoo, Microsoft and others.
Home page features their most important properties, real estate categories and a list of services with minimalistic buttons and modern icons.
Website is based our exclusive design and custom web development based on Wordpress and our proprietary real estate software.
All properties are managed from a dedicated Wordpress section which displays real estate listings where each property can be searched by reference and edited.
Once the site is developed, we issue a serial number to permanently activate our real estate software for the domain.
