We were contacted by one of our existing clients based in Costa del Sol to upgrade their website dedicated to advice on obtaining a mortgage in Spain. Website has been completely redesigned from scratch to latest web design standards and developed in latest HTML5 and PHP with Wordpress backend.
We have implemented a modern header design with drop down navigation menu, immediately visible phone and email contact options, modern slideshow with animated text and integrated mortgage calculator, well-organized content in 2 and 3 column structures, highlights of their most important services, Home page design also features latest blog articles section with photos and brief descriptions, ask a question contact form on all pages and footer with highlights, contact details and social media links.
Apart of new home page design all other website pages have been redesigned as well adapting them to the new multi-column structure. Website comes with two exclusive Wordpress templates to choose from, one has a bigger header with mortgage calculator while the other features compact header designed for a contact page so contact form would be immediately visible with less scrolling.
Website design is developed to work well on all different browsers and screen sizes including tablets, mobiles and retina displays. Responsive mobile version offers a different menu design which opens from the side, smaller header which fits well on both horizontal and vertical mobile screens, expandable mortgage calculator services and content in dynamic columns depending on available screen space.
Backend and frontend of the website have been completely renewed, in Wordpress backend website sections can now be rearranged visually by the client using drag and drop interface. Their new website also works faster, web have developed a very lightweight optimized code with new proprietary caching algorithms, real time server-client communication compression and compact modern HTML5 website code output.
Website is hosted on our dedicated web server based in UK, with all the multiple services and complex column structures home page response time y less than 1 second.
New website is highly optimized for online marketing on Google and other search engines. With lots of SEO marketing, content optimization and positioning work done during years it ranks very well on many different competitive keywords maintaining steady website positions in top 10 organic search results.
