Real estate website upgrade redesigning it from scratch according to latest web development technologies. Our main goals were to improve SEO, website speed and visual interface.
Website has been designed having latest technologies in mind. Visual interface has been enhanced using Javascript to overcome many limitations of standard HTML. We have implemented full screen slideshow that adapts to screen size, search bar with semitransparent fields and visual range selectors, advanced search with beautifully designed multiple selectors and many other innovations.
The site is powered by the latest version of our Real Estate manager. It handles over 3000 of their properties in 3 languages each with 10 or more high definition photos. The system generates complex website pages in around 0.5 - 0.8 seconds on our Linux server.
Properties are imported daily from their internal real estate software using our custom XML feed importer.
The site has been structured for SEO from the beginning. We have implemented many marketing ideas that generate various types of search engine friendly property lists, automated titles, related areas and others. Once the new site was published and fully indexed by Google its daily organic visitors have more than doubled.
Website offers many advanced features specially tailored for Unique Mallorca clients.
We have implemented a free registration for visitors that unlock their personal real estate shortlist, online chat support, automatic Google map of the area, Youtube and Vimeo video support, dynamic visitor graphs for each property, PDF integration, also different AJAX based features such as contact form validation, graph display, chat and shortlist management.
